Mennonites in New Zealand and Australia
Currently, there are two conservative Mennonite churches in Australia. Though none exist in New Zealand to our knowledge, our goal is to establish a Biblical fellowship here as part of our global vision.
Our Mission to All Nations
Our Lord Jesus commanded us to take the Gospel to all nations (Matthew 28:19, 20 { KJV}): “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
We are interested in establishing Bible Fellowships in all cultures of the world, and our efforts in Australia and New Zealand are part of this global vision.
Global Vision
Our commitment in this region is dedicated to sharing the Gospel and demonstrating the peace-centered, simple discipleship lifestyle that is fundamental to our faith. The fellowships in Australia operate with a focus on plain living, Biblical authority, and community accountability.
While the conservative Mennonite presence is currently small, we believe in the power of the Great Commission to establish faith communities in every nation. Our focus is to build lasting, scripture-based fellowships that are financially and spiritually self-sufficient.
